As a professor in an occupational therapy program I have learned that too often we give occupational therapy students answers to remember rather than problems to solve.  It's a definite fact that they all need to know the sciences of musculoskeletal anatomy, neurology, kinesiology, etc. BUT....we must teach in a way that they are able to apply all that is 'memorized'.
